We make sure that our products are the highest quality. However, if the product you bought revealed a defect, you can always file a complaint. Send it to the address below and specify your request to bring the goods into compliance with the contract (repair or replacement) or return all or part of the money paid (price reduction or withdrawal from the contract).

The customer has the right to submit a complaint within one year from the date of issuing the bill or invoice 


The decision on the complaint will be considered within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the application, the customer will be notified of the decision by e-mail.


When the complaint is considered negative, we usually offer out-of-warranty repair of the product, in such situations each item is priced individually.


Complaint procedure:

- Fill in the return form correctly, which is in the link below and send it to or attach to the shipped goods.

- Pack the product in a box and send it to the address indicated below with the note "complaint".

- We kindly ask you to attach proof of purchase.
